The 18th edition wiring regulations course has been designed for electricians, contractors and those requiring a working knowledge of the latest edition of the Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671:2018 qualification. The course is delivered online and provides in-depth training on the 18th edition of the IET Wiring Regulations (incorporating Amendment 1) and will include a summative 2 hour online exam.

This is a standalone NVQ's for experienced electricians and people who have worked in the electrical fields for a period of time and want to become formally qualified. Do you have the experience and need an NVQ to get your JIB gold card? This qualification is designed for those who have been working in the electrotechnical industry as a practicing electrician for a minimum of 5 years and wish to work toward an ECS Installation Electrician Gold Card using the experienced worker route. The qualification is not suitable for new entrants to the electrotechnical industry or apprentices.
